Please allow 3 to 4 business days to receive your order. If your item's tracking information says “delivered,” and you did not receive the package, please wait 2-3 business days as sometimes orders show up after they are considered “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time, please let us know.
If the order has been damaged during the shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you. However, before doing that, we will need pictures of the damaged product you have received, please take pictures of the box and the product.
